The purpose of “Defending Tennessee” is to provide enjoyable posts on the law and law-related events for the lawyer and non-lawyer Tennessean alike.  Posts should be made weekly on Friday afternoons, a time when many people are winding down their work-weeks and might appreciate something interesting, fun, and quick to read.

The author of “Defending Tennessee”, Nicholas W. Lee, Esq., is an Attorney at Law with the law firm of Eshbaugh, Waters, Strange-Boston & Kern in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Mr. Lee’s practice includes Criminal/DUI Defense, Family/Child Support/Order of Protection Law, and a general practice consisting of cases from many areas of practice in an effort to meet most legal needs.*
